The Scientific Committee welcomes the submission of abstracts in the following categories.

Before You Submit

Submission Guidelines

  1. Only electronically submitted abstracts will be considered.

  2. The data presented should be the original work of the author and not plagiarized from any other source.

  3. Abstracts must be prepared in good English.

  4. Authors should indicate the submission type (Award / Oral / Poster).

  5. Author information should be provided in full. Preferably, the presenting author should be listed as the primary author; otherwise, indicate the presenting author by underlining the name.

  6. The presenting author can submit one abstract at a given time in one submission type (Award Paper Presentation, Oral Presentation, E-Poster Presentation).

  7. If the authors are from different institutes/organizations, indicate their affiliation using superscripted numbers and give the respective details.

  8. Abstracts should have the following subheadings — Abstracts: Background, Objective, Materials & Methods, Results and Conclusion; Case Reports: Background, Case Presentation, Discussion and Conclusion. The number of words should not exceed 300 (excluding the title).

  9. Add 3–4 keywords (preferably other than those used in the title) relevant to the study.

  10. All abstracts should strictly adhere to these guidelines.

Award Track

Eligibility for Award Presentation

  1. Own work

    The presentation should be of work done by the applicant.

  2. Registration
    Registration required

    The presenting author should be registered for the INSC 2027 conference.

  3. Review

    An expert panel will review the abstracts, and the selection will be notified to the presenting author through the email mentioned in the abstract.

  4. Publication

    The Organising Committee of INSC 2027 reserves the right to publish all abstracts presented at the conference.
